We direct you let us know if the Com. For Victualling has sent the Money and Credit Notes necessary for the ships in the West Indies, on board the Squadron now going to those parts. And the 5 Pilots named in the margin were, on HM Fleet going over to France this Summer, sent on-board some of the Dutch Men of War by orders of Admiral Russell, have not been paid for their service there. We direct you to pay the Pilots for their service and charge it to the accounts of the States General of the United Provence's. Pilots named in the Margin: James Bremen, Daniel Bremen, [J] Master, [Mitch] Breton, Peter Merrett.
