We have considered your letter of 13 October, concerning the failure of Captain Stafford Fairborn to observe the General Instructions during the time he commanded the WARSPITE. You are directed to have him paid his wages, notwithstanding his failures, taking care the charge of any of the supernumeraries or men lately borne be made good out of his wages.
