In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

When I attended the Commissioners of the Admiralty in August, I was told that your agents in Plymouth should speedily make me satisfaction for the damages the heir of this family has sustained. I ask that your intentions be pursued according to justice so that the heir is not wronged, for great taxes are paid by him out of an estate which your agents occupy and he is not compensated. Signed by Nicholas Morrice, Solicitor.
