In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Phillip Austen, Boatswain of the MONCK, is to be appointed Boatswain of the ELIZABETH, in place of the former moved into the ST MICHAEL. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 16 November 1692.
