In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Thomas Crampton, late Master Carpenter of the PORTLAND, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the MONMOUTH, in place of the former who has surrendered the same. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 17 November 1692.
