In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Thomas Goslin, Boatswain of the SUFFOLK, is to be appointed Boatswain of the LEOPARD hulk, in the room of the former removed into the SUFFOLK. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 22 November 1692.
