In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Officers at Deptford recommend that the new Bomb Vessels building at Deptford and at Mr Fowler's Yard should be established as Fifth Rates and have a given number of guns and be crewed by sixty-five Men. Signed by Benbow, Harding and W. Dormer, Dockyard Officials.
