Benjamin Timewell's [Tymewell] account of the expenses he incurred in moving from Portsmouth to take up his appointment as Commissioner at Kinsale is approved despite the absence of supporting vouchers. To be reimbursed for these expenses and a reasonable allowance made him for property spoiled and for lodgings.
