In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Lords Justices command me to send you the enclosed account of payments made to sea services out of funds of this year with an estimate of new money which may arise out the funds for this year for sea services, which were explained to you yesterday by the Lords of the Treasury. You are directed to consider this and report your opinion in what proportion the sums of the new estimate would be best applied and distributed for the several service of the Navy.
