In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
        
        Instructing that the ROYAL WILLIAM is to be undocked next Spring and the DUKE docked in her place; and when she in turn is launched, the ROYAL WILLIAM is to be re- docked and girdled. Both ships are to be completed without delay.
