        We direct you, upon the arrival of the RUSSELL, DEFIANCE, SWIFTSURE and MEDWAY at Spithead (where they are ordered) to cause them to be fitted for Service in the Channel, and victualled for four months in the same manner as the Ships in the Main Fleet for this Summer's expedition are ordered to be victualled.
