In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We humbly pray that their Lordships of the Treasury will come to some speedy resolution either for contracting upon the best terms we can with the merchants in the usual method, or upon the other mehod lying before them. They asked that we should discourse further with Mr Taylor and to give our answer to their Lordships. As soon as they had this they would come to some resolution. Navy Board Commissioners (not named).
