It is arranged by month and details the tasks required to run the company's fleet. For example, in August there is a focus on children aboard and how the ships are made safer. In June, there is a high demand for weddings to take place. February sees a high demand for cruises in warmer climates. The book also mentions facilities available for passengers and relates some ancedotes. Includes colour photographs.
