A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Indian Navy light cruiser Delhi (1932) alongside a quay in Bombay Dockyard. Her pendant number is C74, she has awnings rigged and she has light scaffolding around both tripod masts. Everything forward of 'B' turret is out of the picture and her stern is obscured by the Indian Navy fleet tug Gaj (1972) which is alongside her. The pendant number of the tug is A51 and she also has awnings rigged and is seen from forward of her port beam. The photographer is in a motor launch in the harbour.
