The old harbour and St. John's Fortress at Dubrovnik, Yugoslavia. The photographer is on the north side of the harbour at the foot of St. Luke's Tower looking south across the harbour to St. John's Fortress and the Porporela Pier. A number of small boats and canoes are in the harbour and the stern of a passenger steamer can be seen alongside the stone pier on the right.
