Letters from Mr William O'Brien to Sir Andrew Snape Hammond

O'Brien (master of an American brig, the ENDEAVOR) was organising a meeting with Hamond, the Comptroller of the Navy. Also a letter about conducting suspicous business. O'Brien warns not to load in England in case of an inquest but in Holland or such port. He is happy to carry on with the expendition paid for by the King as long as it also benefits his Native Country (America).
