Girvan Harbour, Ayrshire.

Looking west-north-west across Girvan harbour from near the shore end of the jetty close to Knockcushan Street. There are motor fishing vessels rafted alongside the main quay including the Girl Maureen BA.128 with the Aliped VIII (1960) BA.155 and the Aliped IX (1964) BA.234 outboard of her. they are all seen from off the starboard bow. In the background alongside the end of the jetty is the Girvan lifeboat St Andrew (Civil Service No. 10) (1952). A large number of rowing boats are lined up in the foreground.
