A 16 feet motor dinghy in Portsmouth Harbour, Hampshire.
A slightly distant port side view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of a 16 feet motor dinghy under way at speed on trials in the upper reaches of Portsmouth Harbour. She has two canvas shelters raised and is carrying five men. Fareham Creek and laid up warships are in the background. Very slight image movement.
