No. 5 Dry Dock, Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire.
Looking down into the west end of No. 5 Dry Dock in Portsmouth Dockyard from the top of the dock on the south side near its sealed entrance, showing the badly damaged floor of the dock. The damage is probably the result of a bomb hit during a 1941 air raid.
