Bow damage to the armed yacht Esmeralda (1936) in the Portsmouth area, Hampshire
A close view of the port bow of the armed yacht Esmeralda (1936) on a slip in the Portsmouth area, possibly in Camper & Nicholsons Yard in Gosport. The yacht has damage to its forefoot and lower stem, probably the result of a collision. An assault landing craft (LCA) is on blocks in the background. The Portsmouth Dockyard negative register number P207/43 has been written near the bottom left corner of the negative.
