The erection of the Waller Training Building on Whale Island, Portsmouth, Hampshire.
A view from inside the Waller Training Building under construction on Whale Island, Portsmouth. The steel framing is complete and one end wall are complete. A concrete floor has been laid in one side of the building and a large hole has been formed in the middle of the building. Large wooden formers are being fitted by a gang of four workmen. The negative is slightly cracked.
