A left-sided head and shoulders portrait of Rear-Admiral Sir Vaughan Morgan, CB MVO DSC, the Admiral Superintendent of Portsmouth Dockyard from 1945 to 1949. He was promoted to Vice-Admiral in 1946. The original photograph, taken by a London photographer whose signature is not clear, was copied by the Portsmouth Dockyard photographer 29 Nov. 1948. Vertical format.
