Bowl

Creamware punch bowl painted on the interior with a ship portrait inscribed: 'THE SHIP MOLLY'. The hull is coloured yellow and black, and she is wearing a red ensign and pennant. Small figures are shown on deck, one with a speaking trumpet. The ship sails on a green sea within a scrolled cartouche. There is a black hand-painted border inside the rim. The exterior is transfer-printed in black with Neptune's chariot, Hope with an anchor, a view of a church and lastly a castle and a lighthouse on the shore.
