Letter from Henry Blackburn, Ordinary Seaman on HMS POLPYHEMUS, to his mother. Dated Gibraltar, 1st November 1805, he recounts his part in the Battle of Trafalgar ten days previously.

The letter was transcribed and printed, in full, in 'The Mariner's Mirror', vol.65, no.2 (1979), p.196.
