Staffordshire earthenware figure representing Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, later Edward VII (1841-1910), in a sailor suit, hands in pockets. It is loosely based on the 1846 portrait by Franz Xaver Winterhalter. The figure stands on a round base with feet apart. The face and hair are coloured and the figure wears a red scarf and yellow hat with brown ribbon.
