A Staffordshire, full-length figure of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). He is shown with short hair with no queue in a hat, white trousers and a blue coat, which has orange cuffs and epaulettes and the details picked out in gold. The figure is supported by a short column draped with a pink cloth and holds a rolled paper in the left hand. The base is enclosed and decorated with a gilt line.
