        The officers and men of 824 Squadron, Fleet Air Arm in a formal group in front of one of their Fairey Swordfish I torpedo bomber reconnaissance biplane aircraft on Seletar airfield, Singapore.  There are 62 officers and men and they are in their No. 1 uniforms but excluding head dress.  824 Squadron disembarked to Seletar from the aircraft carrier Eagle (1918) on four occasions in 1938; 14 to 31 January, 5 to 26 February, 9 to 16 March and 17 to 27 September.
