Truman's Beers bottle opener

A metal bottle opener. It consists of a long metal rod with an opener at either end and has “TRUMAN’S BEERS” engraved on thee top. On the back are the initials “D.B.G.M.” along with a circular symbol with the letters “L.E” inside the underside of the opener is tarnished.
