2. The CROWNE and DOVER are to proceed from the Downs to Spithead, where they are to be provisioned for a voyage to Portugal.
3. The CROWNE has sprung a leak in her powder room and this is to be repaired at Spithead, if possible. If not, she is to be taken into Portsmouth Harbour for repairs.
