Harris of Appledore; Cargo vessel; Schooner

Scale: Unknown. A half block model of the port side of the cargo schooner Harris of Appledore made entirely in wood. The depicted hull is carvel-built and made up of seven horizontal pieces of timber, the butt joints of which are clearly visible. The hull is distressed, partly due to earlier loss of paint finishes. The hull has a counter stern but is otherwise devoid of detail. The model is currently mounted to a storage backboard.
