Equipment model; Anchor model

Scale: Unknown. A model depicting part of the process of manufacturing a common anchor, made entirely in steel. The model shows how a palm is made and is shown complete in shape with a long length of steel rod attached to its bill The palm itself and the point at which it is joined to the rod is polished, but the rod is roughly hammered and darkened. The rod is rectangular in section and tapers to a point. The rod is inscribed "1", and both faces of the palm are inscribed "2".
