Arm badge. Combined with a Visual signalman badge (crossed flags) it is worn by a Landing Craft Signalman or when combined with a Wireman (two crossed torpedoes or a single torpedo) it is worn by a Landing Craft Wireman.

Separate letter badges were used between 1939 - 1949.
