Bokhara (1873)
A whole plate negative. A slightly distant port near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Bokhara (1873) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has two yards on her foremast and is flying the blue peter. A small awning is rigged over the deck between the main and mizzen masts. A twin funnelled paddle tug is alongside her starboard side forward. Tilbury is in the background.
