Matiana (1894)
A 12x10 negative. A distant starboard very near broadside view, taken from only jusrt abaft the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Matiana (1894) under tow in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is passing Tilbury Fort bound down and the tug is not identified. She has one yard with no canvas on her foremast.
