Enclosure: the Petition of Thomas Skinner, James Ekins and the remainder of the crew of the CROWN where the state that having served in the CROWN for over a year they have been turned over into the HAMPSHIRE without having been paid for their time in the former. Appended is a note stating that the Petition has been forwarded to the Admiralty signed by Shrewsbury.
