List of Danish warships taken by the British at Copenhagen, 15 August 1807 and a letter from the warrant and commanding officers of HMS ALACRITY ,who were taken prisoner 1811, to the Duke of Feltre about their Parole of Honour.

Administrative / biographical background
Henri-Jacques-Guillaume Clarke, Duke of Feltre and French Minister of War in 1813. HMS ALACRITY was a Cruizer-class brig-sloop was launched in 1806. She served in the Baltic and was at the capture of Copenhagen in 1807. Captured in 1811 she then served in the French navy until she was broken up in 1822.
