Captain Beaumont Commander of HMS DREADNOUGHT building at Woolwich reports to the Admiralty the difference between the Ordinance designed by the Ordnance Department and ordered by the Admiralty, and suggests what he would like. He also reports that the Lakers ordered for the Forecastle will hinder the ships cables as designed.
