Account of the Battle of the Saintes by William Cornwallis
Account by Cornwallis of the breaking of the French line at the Battle of the Saintes, 7-12 April 1782, during which he was in command of HMS CANADA (1765). With two handwritten transcriptions, one by Theresa West, with a note about the original being found in a chest at Newlands, dated 24 October 1851.
