Copies of the 14 letters as described in THM/140/10/1/1-14 (excluding letter no. 5) plus two letters dated 21 January 1808, from Lord Mulgrave, First Lord of the Admiralty, to Sir Thomas Thompson (at this point Comptroller of the Navy) approving payment, and another dated 30 January 1808 from the Navy Office ordering a bill for £1,575 to be made out to William Morland.
