In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Mees, Commander of the RUBY, has by his letter to our Secretary yesterday, informed us that the MEDONBLICK, a Dutch Man of War, wants a Foremast, and not a Topmast as was ordered. We hereby direct you to cause a Foremast to be furnished to the said Ship out of their Majesties' Stores at Portsmouth, in case this can be spared without prejudice to their Majesties 'service, and keeping a distinct account of its value in order satisfaction being made for the same.
