In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Upon consideration of your letter of the 15th inst; concerning the Disbursements made by Captain Hughes, Commander of the PEARL, at Bilbao, in converting the St. VINCENT Prize into a Fireship, which amounts to the the sum of thirteen pounds fifteen shillings, we do direct you to make an allowance to him of this Sum accordingly.
