In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The several persons undermentioned, by sentence of Court Martial held on board the NEPTUNE on 9 November, have been fined some part of their pay viz; Ezekiel Yates, 5th Lieutenant of the ST MICHAEL, 5 months pay to the Chest; Walter Benion, Surgeon of the WINSOR CASTLE, his whole pay to the Chest; David Jours, Boatswain's Yeoman of the NEPTUNE, 6 months pay to the Chest; Captain Robert Arthur, late Commander of the MARY, 12 months pay to the Chest out of the pay due to him of the last ship he was in.
