In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In answer to your warrant of 5 April, our opinion is that 35 men, being the complement of the brigantine built last year, may be fitting for this new build, she being of the same dimensions. Also, 8 guns of about 200 weight each fixed in swivels, and 2 guns forward of 200 weight and a half or 300 weight each to be placed in swivels on each side. Signed by Woolwich Dockyard Officers.
