Petition of John Kent Surgeon in which he claims to have served in HM ships, including the hired Hospital ship SPENCER for above thirty years; but due age and infirmities is no longer capable of discharging his duties. On the reverse is an instruction referring the Petition to the Navy Board for an opinion.
