In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Certificate issued following receipt of a letter from Captain Simon Rowe of the DUMBARTON informing that he has no further need of the services of Thomas Moseley Seaman belonging to the DEPTFORD Ketch. Captain Thomas Berry therefore discharges Moseley from HM Service. Signed by Nathaniel Bacon, President of HM Colony in Virginnia.
