In refering to an Order received from the Hon. Nathaniel Bacon, President of HM Colony in Virginia, Captain Rowe 0rders the recipient to put all of the items saved from the DEPTFORD Ketch aboard the JANE Sloop - John Kane Master - together with himself and Men belonging to the DEPTFORD and to sail to meet him in the James River at the earliest opportunity.
