In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The merchants trading into the East Country propose to their Lordships that the convoy appointed for the East Seas be ordered to sail from the Buoy of the Nore about the middle of this month, and being arrived in the Sound may have orders to remain there 10 or 14 days to take under convoy the ships ready for England. Signed by Thomas Philp, Anthony Burren, Gilbert Heathcote and William Cowper, Merchants.
