        Pursuant to Her Majesty's pleasure, signified by Sir John Trenchard, Principal Secretary of State, you are directed to have the men on board the five ships ordered to Chatham viz VICTORY, DUCHESS, SUFFOLK, OSSORY and ELIZABETH, which are to be turned over into other ships, paid 6 months pay before their being turned over.
