The Lords of the Committee of Trades and Plantations direct you to speak with the Masters of Ships or others concerned in Shipping to see what Transportations may be had for Soldiers to Jamaica, at what rates and for what number of Men, and in what time they may be ready to sail with Convoy, to all which their Lordships desire your answer as soon as maybe.
