In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Jeremiah Paynter, Master of the ASSISTANCE, has written to the Navy Board complaining of his treatment by Captain Robinson her Commander. The Secretary to the Admiralty however states that there is little he can do except forward the result of Captain Robinson's Court Martial in which he was admonished to treat his Officers more considerately.
